Yes. Every itinerary is built from scratch based on your interests and desires; we never use templates or packages.

We recommend starting the planning process at least 4 weeks before the trip, especially in high season (May–September). But the earlier the better in order to get the best prices and highest chances of booking everything you want. Short-notice trips may be possible depending on availability.

This keeps pricing transparent and fair, supports local businesses, and allows you to deal directly with hotels and experience providers during your trip.

Some hotels or experiences may require a deposit. If so, we’ll clearly communicate this before confirming any booking.

Cancellation policies vary by partner. We’ll always explain the terms in advance and help you adjust plans where possible.

We collaborate with carefully selected local partners: hotels, guides, wineries, restaurants, and activity providers we trust.

We remain available throughout your journey to assist with adjustments, issues, or last-minute changes where possible.

While we focus on the UK market, we also work with travellers from Europe and beyond.

Our main focus is Slovenia. However, we can sometimes include neighbouring destinations (Italy, Austria, Croatia) as part of a wider itinerary.

We can advise on car hire, private transfers, and public transport, and help arrange them through our trusted partners.

No. Our initial call is for you to ask any questions you have and see if we are the right fit for what you are looking for. No pressure if you decide against moving forward.

Before we begin planning, you will fill out our questionnaire so we can understand your travel style, interests, pace, and priorities. This helps us get a clear picture of what kind of experience you’re looking for, so we can design a trip that’s perfectly tailored to you.

Completely flexible. We tailor each trip to your preferences, whether you’d like a fully organised experience with guided tours and day trips to other cities, or simply transport and accommodation while you explore independently. You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like, and we’ll shape the itinerary around what suits you best.

You’ll never pay more by booking through us. Our commission is paid by our local partners, not added to your final bill. In some cases, we’re also able to secure priority reservations, added extras, or occasional discounts, offering extra value at no additional cost.

We don’t book flights directly. However, we advise on the best airports, routes, and timing for your trip. In many cases, there are more frequent or cheaper flights to nearby airports such as Zagreb or Trieste (both 1 hour away). If that works better for your trip, we can organise transfers from these airports into Slovenia.

That’s entirely up to you. If you’d like, we can book everything in advance, including accommodation, restaurants, activities, and transport. If you prefer more freedom, we can simply organise the key reservations that need to be secured ahead of time and leave the rest of the trip open for you to explore at your own pace.
